In compliance with the Cannabis Control Act of Ontario, you must be at least 19 years of age to browse our website, reserve products, or purchase cannabis items. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all in-store purchases and curbside pickups.

• Regular Price vs. Member Price: Prices listed on our website display both a Regular Price and a Member Price.

• Member Pricing Eligibility: Member discounts are strictly exclusive to registered members of the Star Cannabis Member Loyalty Program. To receive the advertised “Member Price” in-store or online, you must have an active membership account at the time of purchase.

• Standard Purchases: If you choose not to join our free loyalty program, the Regular Price will apply to your purchase.

• Price Discrepancies: While we strive for complete accuracy, prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a discrepancy, the price verified in our store's point-of-sale system at checkout will govern.

Joining our Member Loyalty Program is completely free and voluntary. Membership allows you to unlock exclusive discounted pricing on select products. Registration requires basic contact details (e.g., Name, Phone Number, or Email) strictly for account lookup and discount verification.

Online order placements through starcannabis.ca represent a product reservation request. Final sale transaction, age verification, and payment processing occur upon pickup in accordance with AGCO regulations.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if age verification cannot be completed or if statutory purchase limits (30g dried cannabis equivalent) are exceeded.

Due to provincial regulations governing legal cannabis retail, all sales are generally final. However, exceptions may be made under the following strict conditions:

• 24-Hour Return Window: Return or refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt and original packaging.

• Genuine Cases Only: Refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed and will only be processed after inspection if the issue is verified as a genuine store or product error (e.g., unopened incorrect item sold, verified defective hardware). Store management reserves the right to evaluate and approve or deny return claims at its sole discretion.

• Manufacturer Defects: For product defects or performance issues resulting from manufacturer fault (such as faulty vape cartridges, batteries, or hardware devices), customers are advised to contact the product manufacturer directly for warranty support, troubleshooting, or replacement claims under their respective brand warranties.
